Palmar is a modern Chinese restaurant with a tropical vibe and an eclectic wine list. In 2018 it was selected by Bon Appétit as one of the 50 best new restaurants in America and it received 4 stars from the Miami Herald. The Palmar menu carries a wide range of dishes from Chinese gastronomy, from classic dim sum, all made in house, to new takes on fried rice and a whole roast duck. A selection of dishes can be enjoyed in a tasting menu format, available every night and changing every season. The beverage program includes beer, sake and a wine list encompassing a wide eclectic range of labels, from high end champagne to natural biodynamic skin contact wines. Vintage salsa music and red lights make up for an underground feel of a hidden street somewhere in Latin America.
